Expiry notice (Premium)
A tracking subscription stays active for 21 days. With Track & Trace Premium, about 24 hours before this limit, you receive one last update with alerts.level set to EXPIRING, carrying the latest data we hold for the AWB.
- Who gets it: API tracking subscriptions with Track & Trace Premium only. Other subscriptions expire without a notice.
- When: once per subscription, between 24 and 34 hours before expiry (the notice is sent on the first tracking check inside the last 24 hours, and checks run every 1 to 10 hours depending on the airline).

- Content: the usual update payload. When the airline returned data,
eventscarries the full latest event list andnewEventsis empty. When no data was ever received,eventsis empty.statuskeeps the shipment status from the airline (empty when no data): the expiry is signalled only throughalerts. - Not sent: when the subscription was unsubscribed or is inactive, when it ends early because the shipment was delivered or cancelled, and for mock AWBs (prefix
000). A failed delivery is not retried.
